Through multiple rounds of research, Cake & Arrow found that while Millennials want and need insurance for the financial stability and security it offers, they don't always see the value in it. Through a series of surveys, workshops, and design sprints we designed and tested an insurance concept that not only delivers more value to Millennials consumers, but utlimately changed the way that Millennials think about insurance.
